Annual programs have a fixed total fee, paid in full or through a payment plan. First-year programs begin with a $400 initial payment, credited toward the program cost. See payment options.
Annual Renewals

Good to Know
- Enrolment in a program is subject to clinical eligibility.
- Appointments beyond those included in your program are booked and billed individually.
- Program fees cover professional medical services only. Laboratory testing, medications and compounded prescriptions are the responsibility of the patient. Some insurance programs may cover the cost of prescriptions and laboratory testing.
- Not covered by OHIP. Some extended health insurance plans may reimburse services provided by Nurse Practitioners, and many patients can claim fees under a Health Spending Account (HSA).
