Payment Options
Flexible Payment Plans Available
Annual programs have a fixed total fee. You may pay in full or arrange a payment plan.
First-year programs begin with a $400 initial payment, credited toward the annual program cost. The remaining balance may be paid in monthly instalments. The total program price is the same regardless of how you pay.
Booking a $400 initial consultation? You may apply that payment toward any annual program if you enrol within 30 days.
Full payment, cancellation and refund terms are provided before enrolment.
Communication
Secure Messaging & Communication
All patients have access to secure messaging for administrative questions, prescription clarifications and brief questions about existing treatment instructions.
- À La Carte: clinical concerns requiring assessment are addressed through scheduled consultations.
- Harmony Essential: secure messaging for brief treatment-related questions and care coordination, within defined communication guidelines.
- Harmony Signature: enhanced treatment-related messaging and care coordination, supported by additional clinical check-ins.

An exclusive collaborative health optimization experience that integrates hormone care with personalized fitness, nutrition and lifestyle coaching.
A separate program with Tasha Star of Star Lifestyle, with its own booking.

- Enrolment in a program is subject to clinical eligibility.
- Appointments beyond those included in your program are booked and billed individually.
- Program fees cover professional medical services only. Laboratory testing, medications and compounded prescriptions are the responsibility of the patient. Some insurance programs may cover the cost of prescriptions and laboratory testing.
- Not covered by OHIP. Some extended health insurance plans may reimburse services provided by Nurse Practitioners, and many patients can claim fees under a Health Spending Account (HSA).
